Rollmaster 40W

Rollmaster 40 W is a STEMA/PEDAX patented, state-of-the-art system to make welded rollmats with a bar diameter of up to 40 mm and a width of 2-3 m up to 12 m (standard) and in lengths of up 40 m depending on the the diameter and weight of the mat.

The rollmat is rolled up tightly and then tied with wire (patented system), which ensures a safe transport as well as easy and exact unrolling on the building site.

As a supplement to conventional mesh or when reinforcing large surfaces on building sites with reinforcing steel having a diameter of 16 mm or more, the use of rollmats offers a great economical advantage.

Rollmaster 40 W is supplied in standard versions of 9, 12 and 15 m. Customer-specified versions are also manufactured on request.

A standard machine includes:

Dimensions W 320 x H 180 x L 1460 cm for rollmats having max. width of 12 m.
Distance between the welding stations is 1500 mm.
The first welding station in each end is manually adjustable. The others are fixed.
Can process different sizes of strap 20 - 40 mm wide.
One shelf for raw material.
Can carry rollmats up to 5 tons.
Jigs with 3 different spacings 100/ 150/ 200 mm.
Kick-off device for fast emptying of the machine.
Welding machines are not included.

Options at additional cost:

Extension with two shelves for raw material.
Other spacings of the jigs.
Buffer storage for rollmats, customer made.
Infeed conveyors according to customer´s specifications.

Other customer-specified needs that can be implemented on the standard machine can be offered.
