Twinmaster II, the second generation of double wire stirrup bending machines, combining state-of-the-art design and technology for automatic processing of concrete reinforcing steel.

The double bending unit with bar collection bench is an accessory to the Twinmaster 16 II stirrup bender. In this way, the modular design stirrup bending system meets the individual customer´s needs.

The machine is supplied with our pay-off model 605 with brake system controlled from the machine.

The wire is easily fed into the fully integrated SRFU, which has become more space-saving and easier to maintain.

Two hydraulically adjustabel straightening units for easy control of 2 wires. The last roller of the straightening units is separately adjustable. Accurate measurement of the actual lengths is by means of pressure loaded measuring rollers.

Automatic stirrup bender with modern proportional hydraulic system.

The Twinmaster 16 II represents the very best in straightening and and feeding technology of hot rolled wire with square, round, or oval profiles in diameters of 6 mm to 16 mm, and in double strand up to 12,7 mm.

Due to the modern designed front shape of the machine, the improved cutting and bending system and the proven anti-twist straightening roller - the Twinmaster 16 II can produce perfectly closed, non-twisted stirrups and shapes from any grade of hot rolled wire.
