– This machine comes equipped with the semi-automatic control system for plasma and oxy-fuel cutting.

– The machine itself and its CNC system are optimally matched for production of various parts.

– Its design and structure allow for its operation under heavy conditions (2- or 3-shift operation).

Advantages:

– One carriage accommodating two cutters:plasma cutting head and oxy-fuel torch.

– Magnetic holder of cutter heads allowing for quick change and preventing them from being damaged incase of collision.

– Control system of the machine enables installation of up to 4 carriages (with plasma and oxy-fuel cutters and independent height control) in any combination.

– AC servo drives on two machine axes.

– Supporting and bearing structures of the machine are made with light-alloy materials; high-precision guideways, gears and racks are manufactured by renown international manufacturers. All this ensures required machining accuracy, light weight and structural rigidity as well as operational stability over the machine's service life.

– Ergonomic control panel allows control not only the machine itself, but also the power source, ventilation and filtration systems.

– Automatic cutter height control during igniting and piercing.

– Manual adjustment of gas flow for oxy-fuel cutting (torch adjustment).

– Automatic selection and semi-automatic setting of cutting parameters.

– Quick switch-over between cutting methods: plasma and oxy-fuel.

– CNC-programs can be loaded either from the machine's built-in storage, 3.5” floppy drive, operator's control panel, keyboard or USB disc drives.

– Smooth changing of speed at any time both in program and manual operation modes.

– Cutting layouts can be turned by any angle.

– Pre-setting of kerf compensation.

– All necessary data and information as to actual parameters and machine status are shown on the control panel display.

– Integrated library of standard parts is available.

– Operator can create cutting layouts using integrated graphics editor.
