Micro-waterjet cutting for fine contoure shapes

The high-end Watersonic Micro-Cut system is specially designed for fine- and micro-cutting applications. In the matter of accuracy our waterjet cutting system Micro-Cut is able to realise a repeatbility of +/- 0.01mm.

Machine rack as welded structure with bridge, freepassage 150 mm, z-axis prepared for drilling unit as parallel tool head.

Guidance units with ball screws and brushless servomotors, guidance protected from splashwater and dust, automatic central lubrication.

Catcher made of high-grade steel suitable for abrasive waterjet with changeable support grid, prepared for self-cleaning. Adjustable height of the water in the catcher.
